1. Agreement Snapshot
These Terms and Conditions govern purchases from Coriumvalenta through its Hong Kong website. By submitting an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms. If you disagree with any provision, do not place an order. These terms should be read with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.
2. Eligibility and Account Information
You must have legal capacity to enter a contract or act with parental or guardian consent. Provide complete, accurate contact, delivery, and order information. Coriumvalenta may decline orders containing incomplete information, unsupported addresses, or suspected misuse. Submitting an order does not oblige Coriumvalenta to accept it. Acceptance occurs when we communicate acceptance or dispatch the product, whichever occurs first.
3. Product Presentation
We aim to describe each handbag through photographs, specifications, colors, and written details. Screen settings, lighting, and photography may cause minor visual differences that do not automatically indicate damage or an incorrect product. If an item becomes unavailable before dispatch, we will contact you and cancel it without charge. Product statements will be presented consistently with the Trade Descriptions Ordinance, Cap. 362.
4. Prices and Cash on Delivery
Displayed prices apply when an order is submitted, unless an obvious error appears. Coriumvalenta uses cash on delivery. Customers must prepare the stated amount for the courier. No shipping, collection, or restocking fee applies. Ownership and risk pass after full payment and delivery. We may correct evident pricing errors before dispatch and notify affected customers.
5. Delivery Route and Timing
Coriumvalenta delivers only within Hong Kong and provides free shipping. The expected total delivery timeline is 3 to 4 business days. Product preparation and dispatch require 2 business days. Courier transit then requires 1 to 2 business days. Timelines are estimates, not fixed promises, and may be affected by weather, access restrictions, public holidays, courier disruption, or events outside reasonable control. Customers must provide an accessible address and remain available during the communicated delivery period.
6. Cancellation Window
Customers may request cancellation while the product remains with Coriumvalenta. Send the request to brand@coriumvalenta.com with order details. Cancellation is unavailable after the parcel leaves our warehouse and is handed to the courier. Refusing a dispatched parcel does not restore the cancellation window and may be recorded as a failed delivery. Coriumvalenta may cancel before dispatch because of unavailable stock, inaccurate information, disruption, or suspected misuse.
7. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails because nobody is available, the address is inaccessible, or the full cash amount is unavailable, the order will be perceived as canceled. Failed delivery may affect whether Coriumvalenta accepts later orders from the same customer, telephone number, email address, or delivery address. Later orders may be declined or require additional confirmation. This measure does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Thirty-Day Return Gateway
The return period begins on the delivery date and lasts thirty calendar days. Returns are available only where the delivered handbag is damaged or differs from the ordered product. Returns are not available for preference changes, styling concerns, or change of mind. Contact brand@coriumvalenta.com within the period and provide the order information, issue description, and reasonable supporting photographs. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory rights arising under the Sale of Goods Ordinance, Cap. 26.
9. Collection and Review
For an eligible request, Coriumvalenta arranges free doorstep collection. No restocking or collection charge applies. Return the item with its supplied components and avoid further use after discovering the issue. Coriumvalenta then requires up to 24 hours to assess whether it is damaged or incorrect. We will communicate the outcome and available resolution. A return may be declined if the item does not match the reported issue.
10. Exchange and Refund Path
Where assessment supports the request, Coriumvalenta will offer an exchange when the same item is available. Otherwise, a refund will be issued by bank transfer after the 24-hour assessment. The amount may take up to 7 business days to appear in the customer’s account, depending on the banking provider. Customers must provide accurate bank details. Coriumvalenta is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
11. Privacy and Electronic Dealings
Personal data is handled under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Cap. 486, including its Data Protection Principles. We collect information reasonably needed to process orders, arrange delivery, manage returns, prevent misuse, and respond to inquiries. Electronic communications and records may be used consistently with the Electronic Transactions Ordinance, Cap. 553. Customers should review the Privacy Policy for further information about collection, use, retention, access, correction, and contact procedures.
12. Fairness, Responsibility, and Applicable Law
These terms operate subject to the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance, Cap. 71, and Unconscionable Contracts Ordinance, Cap. 458. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights where exclusion is unlawful. Customers remain responsible for lawful website use and accurate information. Hong Kong law governs these terms, and Hong Kong courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
13. Changes, Severability, and Contact
Coriumvalenta may revise these terms for future orders to reflect operational or legal developments. The version displayed when an order is placed governs that order. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Questions, cancellation requests, return requests, or complaints may be sent to brand@coriumvalenta.com. We will review communications fairly and seek a practical resolution under these terms and Hong Kong law.
