Coriumvalenta operates and delivers solely within Hong Kong. A complete Hong Kong delivery address must be supplied when ordering. Orders addressed outside Hong Kong will not be processed. We may decline an address that is incomplete, inaccessible, unsupported by the courier, or outside our service area. Customers must provide an accurate recipient name, telephone number, building details, floor, unit, district, and any instructions reasonably needed for access.
Cost Marker: Free Shipping
Standard shipping across our Hong Kong service area is free. Customers are not charged a delivery fee when placing or receiving an order. No separate handling charge is added for ordinary dispatch. Free shipping does not change the customer’s responsibility to prepare the full order amount for cash on delivery. Any product price displayed during ordering remains payable at the doorstep unless Coriumvalenta communicates a correction before dispatch.
Stage One: Two Business Days
Coriumvalenta requires 2 business days for order preparation and shipping. During this stage, we review the submitted information, prepare the handbag, organize its parcel, and arrange courier handover. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Hong Kong public holidays. The preparation period begins after the order enters our system with sufficient information. An incomplete address, unreachable telephone number, or other missing detail may delay the route until the issue is resolved.
Stage Two: One to Two Business Days
After courier handover, transit normally requires 1 to 2 business days. Combined with the two-business-day preparation stage, the expected total timeline is 3 to 4 business days. This timeline is an estimate rather than a fixed promise. Weather, public holidays, building restrictions, traffic disruption, courier interruption, incorrect information, or events beyond reasonable control may cause delay. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate a material disruption affecting an order.
The Cancellation Turnoff
A customer may request cancellation only while the handbag remains with Coriumvalenta. Email brand@coriumvalenta.com promptly with the order details. Once the parcel leaves our warehouse and is handed to the courier, cancellation is unavailable. An email sent before delivery does not reverse courier handover. Refusal of a dispatched parcel is handled as a failed delivery rather than a permitted cancellation. These rules match the cancellation provisions in our Terms and Conditions.
Doorstep Payment Point
All orders use cash on delivery. The recipient must be present at the stated address and have the full order amount available when the courier arrives. Customers should provide practical access instructions and respond to reasonable courier communications. Payment is completed at delivery. Coriumvalenta does not add shipping, collection, or restocking fees. Customers should not provide bank details to a courier for ordinary delivery payment.
Failed Delivery Exit
If nobody is available, the address cannot be accessed, or the full cash amount is unavailable, delivery will fail and the order will be perceived as canceled. Failed delivery may affect whether Coriumvalenta accepts future orders associated with the same customer, telephone number, email address, or delivery address. Later orders may be declined or require additional confirmation before dispatch. This measure does not remove any right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Arrival Issues and Returns
A damaged or incorrect handbag may qualify for a return if Coriumvalenta receives the request within thirty calendar days beginning on the delivery date. Change-of-mind returns are unavailable. Eligible collection is free, with no restocking charge. Coriumvalenta assesses the collected item within twenty-four hours, then offers an exchange when stock exists or a bank-transfer refund when the same item is unavailable. Refunds may take up to seven business days to appear, depending on the banking provider. Full procedures appear in our Return and Refund Policy.

This policy operates with the Sale of Goods Ordinance, Cap. 26, and product representations remain subject to the Trade Descriptions Ordinance, Cap. 362. Any exclusion or limitation remains subject to the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance, Cap. 71, and the Unconscionable Contracts Ordinance, Cap. 458. Electronic order and shipping communications may be recognized under the Electronic Transactions Ordinance, Cap. 553.
Delivery information and contact details are handled under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Cap. 486, and its Data Protection Principles. Data may be used to process orders, arrange courier services, communicate updates, address failed deliveries, manage returns, maintain records, and handle disputes. Final Destination: Contact and Updates
Coriumvalenta may update this policy for future orders when operational or legal requirements change. The version applying on the order date governs that purchase, subject to mandatory Hong Kong law.
