Coriumvalenta delivers exclusively within Hong Kong and does not process orders addressed to locations outside its established local service area.
Delivery is free across Hong Kong, so customers pay only the displayed handbag price through cash on delivery at arrival.
Order preparation requires 2 business days, followed by 1 to 2 business days in transit, totaling 3 to 4 days.
You may cancel while the handbag remains with Coriumvalenta, but cancellation becomes unavailable after the parcel reaches the courier network.
A missed recipient, inaccessible address, or unavailable cash amount causes cancellation and may influence whether Coriumvalenta accepts later orders again.
Returns are available within 30 calendar days only for damaged or incorrect handbags, while change of mind remains excluded under policy.
Eligible items receive an exchange when available; otherwise, Coriumvalenta sends a bank-transfer refund after its twenty-four-hour assessment concludes as outlined.

Screen settings and lighting can slightly affect color appearance, so review every product image and specification before ordering a handbag.
Use a soft, dry cloth for dust, avoid harsh cleaners and moisture, and store the handbag upright with supportive paper.
Capacity varies by design; review each specification table to understand the intended shape, closure, carrying style, and suitable everyday use.
